We need a Scheduling Coordinator who shares our passion and commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of our clients and their families.
The Scheduling Coordinator will be reporting directly to Director of Care and responsible for managing the overall scheduling of caregivers to meet the needs of our senior clients. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. This is a full-time position requiring five days reporting in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate and manage the schedules of caregivers to ensure timely and complete coverage for all senior clients.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of caregiver availability, client needs, and schedule changes.
· Match caregivers with clients based on skills, preferences, and availability.
· Respond promptly to schedule changes, sick calls, vacation relief and last-minute unexpected absences
· Coordinate with caregivers, clients, and their families to address scheduling concerns
· Utilize scheduling software to maintain accurate and up-to-date schedules
· Manages incoming client information and updates to care plan as needed.
· Providing friendly and exceptional services to both our clients, caregivers and staff
· Ability to take urgent calls regarding scheduling concerns or conflicts
· Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, etc.
· Participate in team meetings and provide input on process improvements.
· Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
· Experience in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
· Must have 1 year of experience in scheduling or coordination, preferably in healthcare or caregiving setting
· Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· A compassionate and caring attitude towards clients and caregivers.
What we offer:
Pay: $ 25.00 per hour
